Arsaga's on the Mountain, anyone heard an opening date?

Saw the Flyer had Arsaga's opening a shop up at Mount Sequoyah, "coming soon" back on Oct 9 but no date anywhere. Anybody heard anything?

I'm excited, the view alone will beat most places I get coffee on Dickson. Mostly wondering about parking up on Skyline though, that road is narrow and gets tight when there's anything going on up there. Hope they have a plan for it.

Also hoping for a good menu. Please let them do the good pour over and some real pastries, not just the grab-and-go stuff.

haven't heard a date either, and I've been checking. I'm over in Johnson so Mount Sequoyah is a little bit of a trek for me, but I'd make it for a view like that. agreed on Skyline too. it's narrow enough that two cars passing is already a negotiation, and that's before any event traffic.

I'm hoping for a patio where dogs are allowed. my pup would love sitting up there with a view. and honestly an acoustic set on a Friday evening would be amazing, but that might be asking a lot of a brand new shop.

+1 on real pastries. the grab-and-go stuff gets old fast.

Dog-friendly patio would be a win, I'd go just for that. Friday acoustic set is probably a year-two thing but I'd show up.

Still nothing on a date. If Skyline gets torn up for anything before they open that'll be a whole other mess lol. I'll post here if I see anything.

"coming soon" with no date usually means permits and the health inspection aren't done yet, so i wouldn't bet on before the holidays. i've watched a few coffee shops around town go from the sign in the window to actually opening in about 4 months.

on parking, i'd guess they'll lean on the campus lots instead of the street. that only works if people actually use them and don't try to squeeze onto Skyline. i'm over by Gulley Park so it's a drive for me, but i'd make the trip for a good pour over with that view. if you see anything go up on the door or their socials, post it here.
